Based on technology developed for our military medical oxygen generators, PCI Gases has developed a commercial line of on-site oxygen VSA (Vacuum Swing Adsorption) generators, known as DOCS – Deployable Oxygen Concentration Systems. This technology was specifically designed to generate oxygen with significant technical and economic benefits over conventional PSA (pressure swing adsorption) supply: DOCS technology is a two-stage process with a low-pressure blower air intake and final oxygen compression. Using fewer components, lower operating pressures and oil-free compression, DOCS reduces the required power and maintenance levels to less than half of an equivalent PSA-based systems. This technology therefore allows you to increase supply security whilst generating significant savings in operating cost. Your major technology advantages of DOCS are:

VFDs control the VSA operating cycle allowing the DOCS unit to match oxygen production with customer demand creating load following capability. This results in additional operating cost saving when oxygen demand is reduced.

PCI offers an industry leading 3 year warranty on the DOCS unit itself and a 10 year warranty on the adsorber vessel.
