With our own plant engineering capabilities and in-house technology center, we support our business partners from the initial idea through prototype production to series production. EPflex is an OEM manufacturer and, as the responsible manufacturer, also holds CE certification.

Since 1994, EPflex Feinwerktechnik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing high-tech instruments for minimally invasive surgery worldwide. We continue to grow and now employ approximately 400 people. In addition to manufacturing guide wires and stone retrieval instruments, we serve as a trusted development partner for our customers.
At our production facility in Dettingen an der Erms, which spans more than 7,000 square meters, we are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and manufacturing systems. With our own toolmaking department and in-house technology center, we support our customers from the initial idea through prototype production to series production. We also assist our business partners with product approval. EPflex is an OEM manufacturer and, as the responsible manufacturer, also holds CE certification. Our quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard and Regulation 2017/745 (MDR).
